Chef Nick, a Florida native with 14 years of experience as a chef, he indulges himself self in striving to be the best. He holds two degrees of top honors from Le Cordon Bleu, and has over 20 certifications in the culinary field. Chef Nick is an avid Culinary Competitor, he competes in competitions year round that fuel his passion in the kitchen. He is the 2016 World Chef Champion and currently ranked #1 through the WFC. He has a strong passion for creating beautiful sculptures with ice along with fruits and vegetable sculptures. He is currently a Culinary Instructor of Virginia College and the American Culinary Federation’s Chapter Treasurer.
